Coleen, who has three children wanted to get in shape after the three pregnancies which left a mark on her body. She says that her friends convinced her to try the plastic wrap weight loss regime and she decided to give it a try. She felt like her stomach was no longer attractive and flat like before she had the children and she was open to any suggestions.
