Old Tractor Tire Becomes A Beautiful Pond

Many do not realize that living on a farm and having an old tractor tire can come in handy when creating garden decorations.

In this particular case the tire is turned into a beautiful pond and while this is some work, it is worth it.

The first step is cutting the top of the tire to allow the plastic to be put over it.
