I love a good DIY challenge so I was so excited to have another blogger send me some seemingly random items and then have the opportunity to transform it into something cool. When I saw the items I fell in love with the pulley! Nothing like that is in any of the thrift stores around here. And I’m so happy that I was able to make this awesome photo display with it.

I love how it is rustic and useful and just so unique too!

This is what I started with: A green plastic platter, a wooden thingy about the size of a place mat and this super awesome vintage pulley. This pulley. I am in love with it!
