I think that we can all agree on one thing – we all love tea, right? I know I love it, because my mornings start with a cup of green tea with spearmint. And sometimes, I brew chai tea in the afternoon. Ginger and honey tea is perfect for when my stomach feels queasy. I sip on black tea when I need a pick-me-up. My evenings close with a hot chamomile to help me sleep. Whenever I am in the mood, I bring some cinnamon, peppermint, or detox teas into my day.
